Ongoing events:

• Holmes County “Preservation Singers” Community Choir rehearses each Monday, 6:00 p.m., First United Methodist Church located on Tchula Street adjacent to BankPlus. The choir welcomes anyone who loves to sing. Public performances given at semi-annually at various locations.
• Troop 64, Boy Scouts of America meet each Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Scout Hut on Boulevard.
• Rotary Club meets each Tuesday at noon at First United Methodist Church.
• Magnolia Garden Club meets second Tuesday of each month, September – May, at 10 a.m. Locations vary.
• Mature adults luncheon held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church third Wednesday of each month.
